SGRB 10 semi-encapsulation dry-type transformer
The structure applies the combination of the solid (NOMEX+H-level vanish) insulation and the gas (air) insulation. The high-tension line applies the wrapping way and the low-tension line applies the high-quality copper foil. And therefore improves the adaptation to the environment of the NOMEX insulation dry-type transformer, especially suitable for the hydropower plants, electric plants, steel, chemicals, mines where are high temperature, high humidity, high filthy.。

- Iron core: it applies the 30ZH120 high magnetic cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, 45℃ all material joints, and no punching, and therefore reduces the technology loss, and the no-load loss is 20% lower than the standard of GB/T 10228-1997.
The low-tension line applies the copper foil wrapped way, it applies the NOMEX material as the layer and the top of insulation. Copper wire row, and copper foil applies the welding equipment and then after drying coil and overall VPI vacuum pressure impregnation and the high temperature baking it at last cured. SGRB10 has higher mechanical strength than SG10, with the elimination of spiral angle, and small axial force, beautiful shape and little working hour.
