SCRB 10 H grade dry-type power transformer

SCRB products is a new protection type of power transformer, it has good cooling system and does not need the model and is flexibly designed, and it has the good resistance of thermal shock; the transformer can be self-cleaning in the operation of more vertical of the airway. It is the lowest loss transformer by the Southeast University CNEKE transformer research and development center. The transformer is the new generation of moisture-proof, dust-proof, security and environmental protection concept of the impregnation of winding dry-type transformer.

1. Low noise, high energy-saving. The core applies the high permeability cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, and the three-step lap, 45°-wide lamp joints. It does not have punching and reduces the no-load loss, and applies the international first class of fully automated shear line, the hill font stacked with molding equipment. And therefore reduces the noise due to the core structure.
2. It is flexibly designed, and promptly delivered. The production is not affected by the model and can reduce the production cycle of the non-standard products by 5 days.
3. Intelligent control and monitor at any time. The automatically system applies the three-phase uninterrupted inspection, with the remote monitoring by the CPU interface.
4. It has the good cooling system. The high and low-tension lines apply the multi-airway structure and therefore it can run under the circumstance of 120% overload of the electric consumption peak without the force cooling system.
5. Strong mechanical property and strong resistance of thermal shock. The high-tension line goes through several times of baking, curing and therefore can withstand the force and the instant impact of the high current.
6. High insulation level. The main parts of the transformer can withstand the high temperature of 180℃ (H-class), the iron part of the material applies the NOMEX® as the insulation media (high and low-tension lines) and can withstand the temperature of 220℃ （C-class）.
7. Environmental protection. The high and low-tension lines are not flame-retardant, and the main material can be recovered after decomposition.
8. It has the features of dust-resistance, moisture-resistance and filthy-resistance. It applies the special coil technology and therefore the body of the transformer is good even under the bad environment. And it transmit the electrical power successfully even under the 95% humidity.
